my experience at zenit was less than stellar. the air-conditioning hardly worked, and the cleaning service was shockingly slow, as I had to beg for it. i expected some sort of complimentary gesture for my troubles, but alas, nothing. it's like they don't care about their superior guests. truly disappointing!

Finding the underground parking can feel like a frustrating quest!!! Also, the noise from nearby bars and the ringing church bells can be disruptive at night. Better soundproofing would definitely enhance the overall experience!!!
